For our customers there are no import sales tax and customs - we cover the complete import with our delivery partner.

Our products are shipped via DDP procedure. Our international partner SYMLOG SP. Z O.O. in Poland takes care of the import process. There are no additional fees for our customers.

The preparation time (secure packaging, preparation of the shipping documents) is currently 1 month.
The shipping time is 1-3 months.

The XBEN DMG has an EU operating permit (EEC / COC certificate).

For German customers the following note:
Class A1, A2 or A driving license is required for the DMG.
If you acquired a driving license before December 31, 1998, this corresponds to the driving license classes 1a, 1b or 1 used up to that point.

As of December 31, 2019, holders of a category B or higher driving license can also obtain a driving license for this vehicle by entering the key number 196 (B196) in their driving license.

The following requirements must be met for this:
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Possession of a category B driving license (car driving license) or higher for at least 5 years.
- Completion of a theoretical and practical training course of at least 13.5 hours (9 teaching units of 90 minutes) at a driving school of your choice.
